"Masahiro Distillery, founded in 1883, is one of the oldest and largest distilleries in Okinawa. The Kujira Ryukyu Whisky is distilled from 100% premium rice and matured in Sherry, Bourbon and American White Oak Casks for more than 15 years, giving a mellow taste and silky texture to this exquisite whisky."
On the nose: candied fruits, dried plums, and an aroma of mints and chocolate. The palate has the sweet elements of chocolate, vanilla, and honey that are followed by spices and smoky flavors. The finish is long and extremely smooth with a sweet licorice and peppery texture.
