"The Pinot Gris, with its delicate pink hues, has a wonderfully spicy aroma, with light red fruits, lots of ripe apple, hazelnut, and a hint of pear and rosehip, all on the fresh side. On the palate, there is a wonderfully linear acidity, which is atypical for Pinot Gris but typical for the Beckers. This is accompanied by very fine phenols, which provide enormous support, with a hint of citrus fruit and herbal spice. Best to drink chilled at around 10° Celsius."
