The non-vintage Thienot Brut Champagne is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Exhibiting great harmony, with roundness and finesse in its freshness. Golden in appearance, with a powerful nose with hints of pipped-fruit jam, apples, and quince, it is rounded and long on the palate, with a succession of apple, pear, and toasted almonds.

"Lightly toasty and mouthwatering, this creamy Champagne offers flavors of baked pear and lemon curd, with rich hints of coffee liqueur and pastry cream. Balanced, showing minerally smoke and spice nuances on the finish. Drink now through 2021. 15,000 cases made." -AN, 11/15/17

"This finely balanced wine is both crisp and fruity. Zingy acidity and lemon crispness are contrasted by riper apple and pear fruitiness. On the drier side of Brut and with lively mousse, this is a great wine for an aperitif." -RV, 12/1/17
