"The NV Brut Rosé blends 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, with about a fifth of reserve wines and 15% red vinified Pinot Noir from Mailly, lending a beautiful pink color with a touch of copper. Gentle fruit plays on the nose, with bottled strawberry and rosehip foremost. The palate offers an autumnal Pinot-hit of potpourri alongside a fine, elegant mousse, making this not only a classy apéritif but also a wine for subtle cuisine.
