"A thoughtful regimen of concrete egg and large format, neutral oak barrels enhances the purity of fresh yellow fruits and delicate floral aromas that define the 2021 Wingtine. Notes of mild Meyer lemon, Asian pear, and night-blooming Jasmine intermingle with a playful brininess befitting this coastal Chardonnay. Light in body yet full in flavor, the rounded palate carries a crisp acidity to an enjoyable, persistent finish."
