"The 2025 Fáilte is a vibrant Rhône-style white blend that brings together freshness, texture, and bright Sonoma County character. Named for the Gaelic word meaning “welcome,” Fáilte reflects the spirit of sharing good wine, good food, and good company.
Aromas of white flowers, citrus, and ripe stone fruit rise from the glass, with notes of apricot and peach adding warmth and depth. On the palate, the wine is crisp, textured, and layered, with refreshing acidity that keeps the fruit bright and the finish clean and focused.
The blend of 60% Viognier and 40% Grenache Blanc brings both richness and precision to the wine. Viognier contributes floral aromatics and lush stone fruit character, while Grenache Blanc provides citrus-driven freshness and structure.
The result is a white Rhône blend that is expressive and inviting—equally at home as an aperitif or paired with a wide range of fresh, seasonal dishes."
