Clement Select Barrel Rhum is named because it is aged in French oak barrels individually chosen by the cellar master for various characteristics which mingle to form the final product. The rhum is matured in these casks for three years. Bright apricot, peach, and banana marry into the vanilla and toffee perfectly. Herbal notes of spearmint and rosemary are in the background and play well. Medium finish.
