Winery's Notes
"This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a range of Vina Robles estate vineyards across five Paso Robles districts—Creston Valley, El Pomar, Estrella, Geneseo, and Adelaida. Each district contributes a unique element to the final blend, resulting in a layered, site-driven expression of Paso Robles Cabernet.
The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with expressive aromas of black cherry, ripe blackberry, and plum, accented by cedar, vanilla bean, and a hint of baking spice from oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, delivering layers of dark fruit, mocha, and dried herbs, wrapped in firm yet polished tannins. A lingering finish of toasted oak and spice rounds out this classic Paso Robles Cabernet."

"Baked cherry and caramel aromas are familiar and pleasant on the nose of this bottling. There's a chalky texture to the palate, where rich blackberry flavors are balanced by those persistent tannins." -MK, 11/1/26
