Winemaker's Notes
"Edelzwicker is an Alsatian wine term taken ?om the German words "edel" (noble) and "zwicker" (blend). This wine blend is unique to Alsatian winemaking only includes the noble varietals. The blend is traditionally balanced, clean, crisp, and minimally sweet. Tangerine, peaches, asian pear and lilies."
