Suerte Blanco Tequila is not your normal tequila. Of course, Suerte means 'luck' and with this blanco they do not rush the process. The agaves are roasted in brick ovens instead of steaming them in stainless steel autoclaves. They use a tahona wheel to crush the cooked agave slowly and they also rest the blanco for 2 months in stainless steel tanks before it hits the bottle. The blanco has a citrus base, lots of agave, and a bit of cinnamon. Earthy and creamy with some vanilla undertones.
