Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Sake is a traditional sake created in the way sake has been crafted for most of its 2,000-year history. Nigori is lightly filtered, giving it a milky appearance. It emits fruity aromas and flavors of ripe banana, vanilla, melon, strawberry, and creamy sweet rice custard. The bold, sweet, fruity flavors balance spicy and salty foods such as Thai, Chinese, or Indian cuisine.
