"The 2020 Altair is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Carménère from Cachapoal Andes. It was aged for 16 months in French barrels and foudres. A vivid purple in color. The nose presents clear, expressive blueberry and blackcurrant jam notes with ripe plum alongside a layer of balsamic and camphor aromas over a bed of cigar box. In the mouth, it’s juicy with finely grained tannins and good freshness that enhances the energy and stretches out the camphor finish. This year, the ripe flavors form the core of the wine, which also has an expansive, velvety texture due to the warm year." -JH, Mar/2023

"Made with grapes from Cachapoal Valley near the Andes Mountains, this Cabernet-based blend is rich and smooth. The nose exhibits aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, earthy blackberry and mulberry.
