Brewery's Notes
"Shifting Dunes is our latest West Coast IPA, using a blend of Pacific Northwest-grown Mosaic, Strata, and Simcoe Cryo hops to offer vibrant aromas of fresh raspberry, resin, and zesty lime. In this medium-bodied beer, you can expect deep layers of blood orange and grapefruit pith, grounded by a lingering pine sap bitterness. Our brewers have been experimenting with our West Coast IPA brewing process and are absolutely stoked with how this one turned out."
