Product Overview
This Islay has a color that is frosted gold and on the nose you get warm charcoal, salted rice cakes, light florals, and lemon zest. Sea salt and caramels with licorice and well balanced warm peat notes throughout. The finish is medium length and lots of fresh ground peppercorns. Medium length with fresh-ground peppercorns. About: Port Askaig is a small town on the northeast coast of Islay where it faces the island of Jura less than 1/2 mile away on the other side of the Sound of Islay.
