"A toasty version, animated by racy acidity, with fragrant accents of lime blossoms, grilled macadamia nut and vanilla enmeshed with flavors of lemon meringue pie, wild cherry, tangerine peel, chopped hazelnut and fleur de sel. Reminiscent of grand cru white Burgundy with bubbles, give this short-term cellaring to reveal all of its charms. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Disgorged January 2025.
