"Consulting winemaker Alexandrine Roy makes this eponymous reserve with a mix of all the estate's clones. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in one-quarter new French oak, it's loaded with savory notes, a twist of citrus and tart red fruits. The tannins are stiff and show a green streak, shortening the finish. This may open up a bit more with additional bottle age." -PG, 9/1/21
