This 15 Year Old Single Malt from Old Pulteney is surprising and not like their other nautical single malts. This one is spicy and sweet and then lighter coastal notes. A touch of smoke, fruity malt, and a rich scent full of green apples, citrus zest, and raisins. Lots of honey and vanilla accented by a dash of baking spice, dry wood, and earthiness.
