This Speyside is like your house on Christmas morning with signature Glenrothes spice, sugar, some butter, rich baking spices, and dried cinnamon stick. Orange with spice and dense sherry that you expect. The finish is long and lovely sherry. It doesn't overpower the spice from Glenrothes profile which lingers on and on. Really a perfect cigar malt. Even with the high ABV this doesn't come across too hot.
