Winery's Notes
"Brilliant ruby color with deep purple hues. The nose is rich and complex with notes of red and black fruit, strawberry, lavender, licorice, and leather. On the palate, it is very rich, structured, and savory, with good, flavorful tannins and excellent persistence."

Appellation: Aglianico del Vulture DOC
Vine Age: 45 years on average
Aging: 12 months in concrete, 12 months in stainless steel, followed by 12 months in bottle prior to release
