This mezcal comes from a Mexican province rich in culinary history, Puebla. Montelobos Tobalá is made from 100% cultivated agave—local to Puebla—and uses no pesticides or herbicides, ensuring a perfect, pure taste in the agave. This clear liquid has a beautiful aroma of licorice, green pepper, pear, and citrus, which crescendos into bold tastes of basil, rig, and truffle.
