Limavady is Ireland's only Single Barrel Single Malt. Crafted by Master Distiller Darryl McNally using 100% malted Irish barley. Limavady is small batch triple distilled in copper pot stills and aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in PX Sherry casks. Enjoy this neat or on the rocks. You get a hint of maltiness with the richness of dried fruit anmd PX sherry cask sweetness. This is a very smooth and balanced whiskey with lots of fruitiness and just a whisper of spiciness. Long finish with a balanced bourbon cask sweetness.
