Winemaker's Notes
"Few Semillons show as much richness and complexity as those produced in the distinctive soils of Eastern Washington State. Our cool nights during the growing season and harvest period help to ensure crisp natural acidity and expressive aromatics, making this a wonderful food pairing wine.
Refreshing and richly textured, this expressive Semillon shows vibrant melon, Granny Smith apple, fresh fig, and fragrant acacia and chamomile. On the palate, it is supple and energetic, replete with Bosc pear and stone fruit flavors, persisting to a long, balanced finish."

"The 2023 Sémillon is delicate in the glass, opening with nuanced florals and hints of raw almond, wet stone and young peach. It sweeps across the palate with juicy orchard fruits elevated by vibrant acidity, finishing with staining length and a youthfully chewy sensation. Salty mineral tones and a sweet herbal resonance linger on the close." -EG, Oct/2024

"As always, this Semillon is a screaming good deal. Its complicated aromatic set includes honeydew melon and sweet pea flowers melding with cut grass and chalkboard dust. The wine’s texture is lean and crisp, with bouncy acidity escorting flavors of white grapefruit sprinkled in sea salt." -MA, 12/1/24
