Green Spot Irish Whiskey is an all around classic single pot still whiskey. While it lacks an age statement, it's believed to have whiskies 7-10 years old. The nose is light but rich, with sweet barley, apples, honey, and tropical fruit. There are some sherry notes and a vanilla creaminess with a hint of herbal counter-note. On the palate it stays creamy with vanilla and the apples mingle with apricot and pear, cinnamon, mint from the herbal edge, and a lush malt sweetness.
