"Pretty Horses is a Spanish inspired, but uniquely California wine celebrating lightness of being in a wine of rich texture and spice.
The subtle kiss of Mourvèdre adds a base note and emphasizes the dark tones. Cacao and spice are balanced by a full cherry fruit and smoothly refined tannin. The added depth means the 2020 punches above its weight and while delicious on its own, it remains our most versatile food wine and should be a mainstay on your weeknight.
Cacao, black cherry, sassafras, rock salt, star anise, deep umami and a mouth coating finish."
