The 2017 Eleven Eleven Laki's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon emits layers on the nose with the most prominent being lush, red and black fruit. As you dive deeper, you will uncover aromas of leather, tobacco and sage. That lushness carries through to the palate where it showcases flavors of sweet black plums and black currant. Upon further evaluation, these fruit qualities are matched with bitter dark chocolate and savory spices. All of this is woven together through soft, velvety tannins and elegant acidity. This wine is very approachable while simultaneously being formidable with the weight and structure needed to age.
