"Made with 100% organic Nero d'Avola, the COS 2020 Contrada (in its distinctive squat bottle) shows bright and lifted fruit with redcurrant, wild cherry, blue flower and bitter almond. Made in cement only, it reveals a lean-bodied mouthfeel with a hint of elegant chalkiness on the tannins. Fruit comes from 50-year-old alberello (head-pruned) vines.
