Winery's Notes
"Chateau Simone white wines are superbly elegant. In their young years they offer a wonderful golden colour with flavours that combine floral and fruity notes with a fine woody touch. They boast exceptional keeping potential. Adorning a golden hue as they mature they progressively acquire a nose that is both potent and delicate."

"Even more elegant and delicate than on my previous tasting, the 2023 Palette Blanc wafts from the glass with aromas of white fruits, menthol, mint, orchard fruits and flowers mingled with an exotic touch from the Muscat grape. Medium- to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's suave and seamless, with a layered, textured mid-palate, beautiful dry extract and a long, precise finish of remarkable refinement." -YC, 6/11/26

"Starts off subdued and mineral-driven but opens up to reveal soft notes of melon and lemon rind woven with chamomile and smoke. Bitter white tea tannins firm up the round, mouthcoating palate, with heather, beeswax and dried marjoram on the long, beautifully textured finish. Drink now through 2031." -KB, 8/31/26
