Winery's Notes
"When we planted Sauvignon Blanc at Bedrock a decade ago, we had little idea—though perhaps a few suspicions—of just how beautifully it would thrive there. This is now the fifth vintage we have bottled as a vineyard-designated wine, and Bedrock, alongside Judge Vineyard, has become one of the two finest sources of Sauvignon Blanc we work with.
Planted to the aromatic Musqué selection, the wine marries gorgeous perfume with vibrant acidity. We barrel-ferment it primarily in neutral oak, giving the wine a little more breadth and texture without obscuring its brightness.
My five-year-old, JP, absolutely loves passion fruit—yes, he is a bougie kid—and it was a genuine moment of paternal pride when he smelled the wine and immediately cried out, 'Passion fruit!'"

"The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc has inviting scents of apricot, peach, citrus blossoms, tarragon and beeswax. The medium-bodied palate is silky and fragrant, balancing sapid flavors with focused acidity, and it has a long, elegant finish." -EB, 8/20/26
