Aviation Old Tom Gin has a pale amber color and on the nose its fragrance is both floral and sweet with notes of vanilla, citrus, and pine. Already a smooth gin, the aging in Whiskey casks adds a caramel sweetness and a note of Christmas cake. The finish is lightly sweet and medium. Makes a fantastic Gin & Tonic.
