"...The vibrant, deep crimson/purple appearance draws you into the perfume-like aromas of cassis, mocha, new leather, lavender, and mint. Collectively compiling the full spectrum of floral, fruit, and herbal aromas to create a complete and compelling bouquet. The suave, polished, and sophisticated mouthfeel is characteristic of both winemaking intents and the fruit-forward nature of the 2022 vintage. Velvety smooth, with wonderfully fresh flavors of wild blueberries, savory fennel, single-origin chocolate, and crème de cassis. All of which is underscored by a bevy of fine-grained tannins that support the many facets of the beautiful and structured wine. Overall, it is a wine of immediate delight with a proven DNA for aging."
