Absolut Elyx is Absolut's single-estate vodka. It's made from winter wheat grown on the Råbelöf estate in southern Sweden and distilled in a vintage copper column still that dates from 1921.
The copper still gives it a full, silky texture. Absolut describes fresh bread, white chocolate, light cereal and mellow spice on the nose. The palate is rich with macadamia nut, and the finish is warm and smooth with gentle spice.
