Product Overview
The 2019 3 Rings Barossa Valley Shiraz has a lifted bouquet of white pepper, black cherries, cedar, and spice, with notes of fresh-cut tobacco. The integrated palate is driven with fruit flavors of plums, blackcurrants, mulberries, and blackberries, carrying undertones of French oak, fennel seed, and black pepper. Pairs very well with slow-cooked brisket, grilled lamb, grass-fed beef, a hearty beef stew, and, of course, steak.
Varietal Composition: 100% Shiraz
Appellation: Barossa Valley, South Australia

"The 2019 Shiraz is a bold, blackberry and roasted meat-scented wine. Medium to full-bodied, it's supple and silky across the palate, turning softly dusty on the finish, where the acids seem just a bit prominent when contrasted to the ripe fruit flavors. Still, it's a pleasant, easy-drinking Shiraz to pair with burgers or grilled steaks when you don't want to break the bank." -JC, 2/26/21
