Wild turkey is aged in new white oak barrels, giving it a flavor of vanilla and caramel, with a hint of violet. With the addition of a little water the caramel gives way to a richer chocolate flavor. The 101 proof has an aroma of honeysuckle and violet, with a sweet taste of peaches, chocolate and caramel. With the addition of water, the honeysuckle gives way to a taste of pure honey.
