Batch 4 of Tierra de Ensueno Blanco has a smooth and dense flavor profile with a buttery and creamy feel. Earthy agave with notes of peppercorn and celery. There is a subtle sweetness from the agave. A long and smooth finish with the sweetness lingering. This batch is rested for approximately 2 weeks in ex-Weller 12 Year Bourbon barrels. The mouthfeel makes this blanco easy to sip or use in a Paloma or favorite tequila cocktail.
