Product Overview
The Bronca sisters grow their own fruit in steep hillside vineyards, then make base wine and perform the secondary (sparkling) fermentation on non-vintage batches three or four times a year, to ensure freshness. Low yields and hillside-grown fruit ensures that the wine has good concentration and acidity.
The Sorelle Bronca Extra Dry Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a vivacious and lively sparkling wine with a very fine, persistent perlage. It presents a complex composition with hints of white core fruit, acacia flower, and wisteria.
Varietal Composition: 100% Glera (formerly known as Prosecco)
Appellation: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
91 Points - Vinous
"Wonderfully balanced and full of character, the NV Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry displays a bouquet of crushed yellow apples with savory herbs and white smoke. It’s smooth in texture and gently sweet, blending ripe orchard fruits and spices with notes of candied ginger. This cleans up remarkably well, becoming dry and almost savory in character; yet above all else, it’s refreshing." -EG, Dec/2020

"The Sorelle Bronca NV Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry reveals fun lemon drop aromas with peach, white flower and pastry cream. This pretty wine shows enough softness, fresh effervescence and acidity to pair next to coconut curry shrimp." -ML, 8/18/22

"Honeysuckle, honeydew melon and white-peach aromas follow through to the somewhat sweet palate along with a note of glazed orange zest. Fresh acidity lifts the rich candied flavors." -KO, 12/1/17
