Severo Plata has a nose that display deep aromas of simmering oats, with a striking citrus and floral background that leads to hits of grapefruit and licorice. The palate is a creamy mouthfeel enhanced by pronounced, agave-forward acidity, followed by a lingering minerality in the long finish.
