"Based on the grapes from the three crus of the domaine, the 2023 Kiedricher Riesling Trocken is clear and subtle on the elegant, finely flinty and delicately coolish yet somehow polished nose. Bottled in April 2024, this is an elegant, quite intense and juicy yet also saline and finely structured Riesling with an intense and finely bitter, quite dense and substantial finish. 12% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024." -SR, 10/31/24

"The 2023 Riesling Kiedricher is from the younger vines of the Turmberg, Klosterberg and Gräfenberg, as well as the elevated Wasseros with its exquisite water availability. This was made two-thirds in stainless steel and one-third in large-format wood. Green apple peel on the nose comes with a zesty edge, promising spice and raciness. The palate is juicier than the nose suggests, adding dripping white peach ripeness and rounding out with lemony verve. (Bone-dry)" -AK, Aug/2024
