In the mouth: is sweet and full-bodied, with excellent balance between acidity and sugar. Clear and lively finish with a nice persistence.
Pairing: Perfect pairing with little pastry or local cakes like “fregolota”, aged cheeses, like Asiago Stravecchio, or very strongly-flavoured blue cheeses"

"The 2020 Torcolato is impossible to ignore, busting from the glass with a rich blend of peach preserves, dried nectarines, spiced ginger cookies and cloves. It’s racy and energetic, with silky textures accelerated by a core of vibrant acidity and salty mineral tones that create a sweet and savory interplay within. The 2020 finishes with remarkable length and potency yet maintains a lovely freshness, leaving nuances of exotic citrus and wild inner florals to linger.
