Jefferson's Straight Rye Whiskey has a nose that is spicy rye grain, cracked black pepper, mint, light oak, vanilla, and subtle citrus zest. The palate is classic rye spice up front-cinnamon, clove, pepper—that is balanced by caramel sweetness, herbal notes, dried fruit, and a touch of honey. The finish is medium to long; lots of warmth and spice, oak, and sweet grain.
