Winemaker's Notes
"This is our signature white wine created from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from Greengate Vineyards located in the Edna Valley. Pinot Noir grapes were pressed off the skins immediately to have no color influence. Fermented and aged in 90% in stainles steel barrels, with 10% in neutral barrels. Fined and filtered before bottling."
