Product Overview
Winery's Notes:
"Dried apricot, bush peach, marshmallow, fennel.
Due to the frost on April 8, 2021, we lost 80% of our whites from St. Martin. So there is very little Viognier in our 2021 blend, hence its fresh, mineral profile. Don’t forget that – just like our Rouanne Brut Nature – we vint this wine as if it were a Grand Cru. It shows precision, delicacy and finesse."
Varietal Composition: 30% Marsanne, 30% Clairette, 20% Picpoul, 8% Ugni blanc, 7% Bourboulenc, 5% Viognier
Appellation: Principauté-d'Orange IGP
Aging: on lees in French oak (duration not specified)

"Ripe and generous, with crushed apple and pureed pear laced with ginger and baking spices. Shows juicy acidity and a note of pithy bitterness on the finish, driving freshness. Viognier, Picpoul, Marsanne, Clairette, Ugni Blanc and Bourboulenc. Drink now through 2025. 310 cases imported." -BS, 2/28/23
