"The 2021 Tokaji 1413 Édes Szamorodni is 90% fermented in stainless steel and 10% in used barrels for 12 months. It has a clean and pure bouquet that is subtly Riesling-like with a petrolly character and tropical fruit aromas developing in the glass. The palate is well-balanced with a viscous opening, well-judged acidity and impressive purity. The oak takes a back seat on the finish.
