Since 1654, a brewery has been located at the site of Brouwerij Huyghe in the city of Melle in East Flanders, Belgium. Purchased in 1906, the brewery is still a small family owned operation.
Delirum Red is a Belgian Strong Ale brewed with cherries for a deep, dark-red color. It exhibits a strong, semi-sweet, cherry-forward flavor and a hint of almond with a perfect balance of sweet and sour. 8.0% ABV, 20 IBUs.
