"The color is of rare concentration and beautiful intensity with bluish reflections. Notes of black fruits mingle with the tapenade and the delicate herbs of Provence which are found at the edge of the plots. Whole bunch vinification brings incredible elegance with a bouquet of floral notes found on the palate where the generosity of Grenache blends with the delicate spices of Mourvèdre."
