Product Overview
Winery's Notes:
"The year 2018 did not give our teams much respite due to exceptional weather conditions. Our Merlots show the characteristics of a great vintage with a brilliant color, notes of ripe fruit and good concentration. The Cabernet wines are also sublime with a beautiful structure and our Petit Verdot is simply ripe and full of color!
Classic with entrecote with chips, grilled sardines, a vegetarian curry with butternut and spinach, an eggplant and goat cheese tart, a dark chocolate cake."

"The 2018 Greysac has a well-defined bouquet of wild strawberry and raspberry fruit laced with cigar box and smoky aromas. The finely balanced palate offers sappy red fruit laced with black pepper and tobacco. I admire the cohesion here, and there is fine weight on the finish. Definitely a cut above a lot of Cru Bourgeois Médocs, though it deserves 2–3 years in bottle." -NM, Jan/2021
