"This wine is our flagship. Antídoto was the first wine made by the winery, looking for the depth and features of the Ribera del Duero of Soria. It is described as a fresh and bright wine, with a remarkable character, to be enjoyed on all occasions. This tinto fino has a short maceration and it is aged in French oak barrels (600L)."

"The 2023 Antídoto is made with fruit from old vines in Soria, Ribera del Duero. Grapes are selected by vine age and fermented in steel with a small amount of residual sugar (1020 density), then the wine was aged in a mix of new and used 600-liter French oak barrels. Aromas of black cherry, plum and a soft floral note emerge over gentle oak. The palate is polished, with fine-grained tannins and juicy flow. This is a modern Ribera style, pulsing with the elegance of Soria." -JH, Jun/2025
