The new Riesling from Heiligenstein is characterized by crystal-clear, deep, and ripe stone fruit, juicy, invigorating citrus notes, a delicate floral undertone, and a deep minerality. The structure is dominated by a present but ripe acidity; the body appears muscular, the texture is substantial and vital. On the palate, the wine is vertical and powerful, the fruit finely chiseled and crystalline. It impresses with enormous energy. A Riesling with a lot of present and even more future."
