"2015 was the first vintage that Kilian and Angelina made this fruity riesling from younger vines in the upper portion of the Calmont, from a site called "Fachkaul." This parcel forms the mini-amphitheater-shaped bowl where Kilian's father restored and replanted the vines. It is fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless for 5 months."
