"At the Trumer Taproom, we take pride in brewing traditional-inspired lagers to perfection. Our best recipes sometimes venture beyond the Taproom as Doppelgänger beers. Why “Doppelgänger”? The Trumer Brewery in Berkeley mirrors its sister Brewery in Austria, but it is free to brew traditional and unique beers like this one.
Kölsch is a refreshing German-style ale with a great balance of noble hops and malts. We brew ours with Mittelfrüh hops which provide subtle fruitiness, moderate hoppiness, and a dry finish. Enjoy during warm summer months, or any time of year! 4.7% ABV, 25 IBU"
