"The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc leads with pronounced thiols (sweaty kiwi fruit, lemongrass, tatami mat, gooseberry, et al.). In the mouth, the acidity is piercingly intense—wow! It’s good, though, and gives the wine a razor edge. It’s surprisingly different to the 2022 vintage tasted prior. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap." -EL, 11/30/23
